Baby Updates!

So Danzer and I both had Dr appointments today. Here are our stats:

Danzer Jack:
18 months
50th % for Weight
95th % for Height (wonder where he gets that from! Now I have 2 pieces of genetic evidence that I carried that child!)
Got two shots.... but was really tough!
Totally healthy
Giggles at the Dr when she listens to his heart and plays around with his legs
Dr says he is very healthy, speaks and interacts beyond his age
Pretty much, he's a genius... but we knew that!

Kelly Leslie:
Cervix is totally softened (sorry for any males out there reading this)
40-50% effaced
Not dilated
Leg is still throbbing and shooting pain
Is really uncomfortable
Can't breath real easily
Is being tough and truckin' along

So, there you have it. I see the Dr. again next Wednesday. Keeping my legs crossed until my mom and sister get here on the 20th! Then, induction will begin on the eve of the 20th if she hasn't made her appearance by then. Names considered: Ellys, Hadley, Harley, Chloe, Klara, Claire. Any suggestions??

Our New Home Town!

So for Family Home Evening tonight we had a short little lesson (Danzer of course sat quietly with his arms folded... YEA RIGHT!) and then took off in Hayd's new ride to take pics of our new home town. Here are lots of pics with some explanation. Although... some things... I just can't explain ;)

This picture is for my sis. Only she can truly appreciate it. This is parked right across the street from our house. Every time I go outside I see it and think of her. It's 1 of the 500 times I think of her and her family a day ;)
It's really hard to get a picture of main street... but here it is.
The Junction Roller-rama. No, we have not been. But we sure intend to!
Junction High School
The store Conchos and Crosses. For the Junction Fashionista!
The city pharmacy. Which Hayden says is an integral part of the community. The peeps here can't live without their drugs apparently!
The Milky Way. Junction's version of the "Grub Box" with the added bonus of a spiritual message. Seriously... where else can you get a burger, fries, and some spiritual guidance? They throw it in for free!
This is the company we bought our 3 acre lot from. When we build... we will use the same type of limestone on the outside. Typical Hill Country look. Pretty huh?
The local liquor store. Enough said. Does the deer look buzzed?
This is for my dad. The KOA campground right by the river. It's really gorgeous. The sun is too bright to see it real well though.
My beloved Dairy Queen. Come to mama!
They know me by name here. Route 44 diet sprite with extra ice and lime please! MMMM
Plumley's. Seriously good sammies and homemade fudge to DIE FOR!
Our beloved Best Western where we spent our first week in Junction.
A "Do It" center in Junction! Parker Lumber... for all your lumber needs! (seriously, the nicest guys around!)
The pink camo deer blind for sale at Parker's is almost more than I can take! Tiff- I know you will love this! And seriously... Texans do not really know how to hunt. They sit in these deer blinds... warm and cozy... with their hot cocoa... trip the corn feeder and the deer come to them. Um, hello, I don't think they could handle a real Utah deer hunt to save their lives!
The front of the hospital. Good thing they are breaking ground on the new one in June. It's seriously disturbing inside.
The ER where my husband spends his days saving lives ;). Love that I can say that! So proud!
The clinic where Hayden sees his patients. They will be building a new one of these as well. GOOD THING!
Our Favorite BBQ place. Lum's. Seriously amazing BBQ!
The deer horn tree in town. A subtle tribute to the hunters ;)
The County Grill. This is the restaurant that Ms. Kathy and her husband own. Sweetest older couple you could meet and her chicken fingers are to DIE FOR! Not the pre-packaged crap... real pieces of chicken, hand breaded, and fried. So good!
Super S Foods where Danzer and I go grocery shopping!
Hayden knew it was love at first sight when he saw this the first time he visited Junction. Enough said!
Exactly how we feel about Junction ;)
The local Saloon! You can find me here every night between 11pm and 2am ;)
That little playground across the river is where we take Danzer almost every night. It's so fun! And right on the river! He loves it!!!
Just some geese saying Hi at the park
Here they all come. They think we have the goods... sorry geesies... no bread!
Cute ducks!
The Junction Bridge you cross to come into town. It's gorgeous!
A view of the whole city. Well, not all of it. It's really pretty!
Another pic from Lover's point.
The cross at Lover's point that lights up at night and you can see from every where in town.
Danzer and Dad!
Another pic from Lover's point. Too bad the sun is so bright.
Drum roll please....... HAYDEN'S NEW BABY! We washed it for the 3rd time tonight and we've only had it a week. He can't stop grinning!
She is a beaut! All kinds of chrome accessories will be here tomorrow!
Danzer loves this new truck almost as much as dad! "Vroom vroom" he says whenever he rides in it!
Me trying to wrangle him in for a good picture. Nearly impossible. This kid never stops moving!
Cute babe! He seriously is so handsome!
Danzer and I outside our house. Check out the belly on that girl. GOODNIGHT!
Us again outside the house. We love our little home!
Another view of the house.
Well, there you have it. Of course... it's MUCH better in person. SO GET YOUR BUTTS DOWN HERE!

Evidence...

FINALLY!! A shred of evidence that I actually carried this child for 9 months, labored, and gave birth to him! Danzer's hair is soooo curly! It's so cute when we put gel in it and let it go. Here are a couple cute pics of his curls galore!

Momma made chocolate chip cookies last week and after repeated begging by Danzer "momma, cookie? cookie? peas (please)? peas?" We gave in. We stripped him down and let him go to town! Only a bath could clean up this kid! I think he liked it!

Last week we were so lucky to have the Sister Missionaries come and have dinner with us. They were so adorable and I just love these girls! So sweet. Danzer quite liked them too!

You wanna know what Sister Missionaries drive in Texas? A truck!!! Yup! We got the biggest kick out of it! So awesome!
Speaking of trucks... Hayden got a new baby. No, our daughter hasn't come yet... but he thinks he has died and gone to heaven. Wow, I have never seen someone so excited over a new truck! Pics will be posted soon.... I'm pretty sure he will have to go wash is again tonight ;)
