Ho Ho Ho!

Christmas was a blast! We spent it with the Danzer clan this year and it was so much fun!! Christmas is all about the kids and we were surrounded with 4 wee ones this year. Cutest little bugs ever! Here is our little guy dressed up as Santa. Thanks Aunt Steph for the adorable outfit!
Daddy and Danzer going through his stocking. After this, Danzer passed out and missed the entire big show. Oh well-- I didn't expect much this year. Next year I'm sure it will be a bit more exciting for him!
This is the girls coming out of the laundry room after discovering that Santa brought them a trip to Disneyland! They are totally pumped. And I quote "I've wanted to go to Disneyland my WHOLE life!" That is a very long 4 years!
Here we are Christmas day. I'm not quite sure what face Hayden is pulling. But isn't Danzer so adorable?
Here he is in his new Bumbo seat. He's can ALLLLLMOST sit straight up. He's getting there!
Check out this cute bum! Grandma Jacki and Grandpa Tracy bought these for Danzer for his first Christmas Eve! I will treasure these forever!
My adorable sister feeding my adorable son! LOVE THEM!
A couple days later the girls came to my house to visit and drop of my Christmas present from my mom and dad. My mom recovered my grandpa's chair (whom I was extremely close to). Poor Pai is smiling through sickness. Lauren and Pai both ended up getting sick with high fevers. They are such troopers and are so sweet.
Here is our natural mother. Lauren says she wants to be a doctor or a nurse one day when she gets big and take care of babies and kids. She will be FANTASTIC. She loves to hold Danzer. Although she is smiling in this picture... you can tell she just doesn't feel well. Poor little bug!
And that's the end. I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas! We send you many many hugs and kisses for the upcoming New Year!

California Love!

So, for Christmas, the Behling/Jensen crew decided to take a vacation together instead of buy presents for each other. We have been having the BEST time! My favorite so far has been Six Flags (which included a new roller coaster I've never ridden before which is ranked 4th greatest coaster in the world), boogie boarding in the ocean and swimming about 100 feet from wild dolphins, and watching Tracy eat Sushi (well, try to eat Sushi). I've been TERRIBLE at taking pictures... but Madison has been so great. To see some of the pics... you can link to her blog by clicking here.

It's been so much fun. Danzer has been a little SAINT! He just sits and smiles as we have hauled him across three states. He's had so much fun playing with his cousin Kaicee. Tomorrow, we pack up and leave at 6am to make the very LONG journey home. Grandma Lorriane told us we are coming home to 20 degree weather and snow. Waaaa waaaaa. It's so weird to think Christmas is only a few days away when you have been spending time in the sun and swimming in the ocean! I LOVE CALIFORNIA!

The Behling's Get Festive....

We decorated our tree today and put up our decorations. We don't have many, but enough to get the Christmas feel. Hayden insisted on Christmas music playing.... so we busted out the Christmas music and got to decorating. I suggested we unravel all the lights and roll them up into tidy rolls so we could easily wrap them around the tree. Hayden though it was unnecessary. This is how he spent most of the time.....
I made home-made oreos for the festive evening
Danzer and Lola could barely contain themselves!
Ta-da!!! The finished product! Yea!! Merry Christmas everyone!

Honest To Blog!!!!

Honest to blog (one of my favorite lines from Juno)... I have been SO DISTRACTED and bad at the blogging. I got the blogging blues for a second. Ya know, where you just don't want to do it. But I'm back in full swing. I've been meaning to post these pics forever.... so here is a couple things that have been going on...

Grandma Jacki bought Danzer some scrubs to be like his daddy! How cute is this???

A couple weekends ago, my mom and I went to SLC for my sister's shoe party! It was SOOO much fun! Although they didn't carry any in my size, it was still fun to browse. On Saturday morning, I took Lauren on a birthday date. My sweet babe turned 6. HELLO!! 6! Can you believe it! This girl is amazing I tell you. SOOOO smart, sweet, caring, and responsible. She is her mother's daughter with her daddy's looks. I took her to Tasty's first for a nutritious breakfast consisting of a sausage sandwich, donuts, and chocolate milk. I know her mother appreciates it.... but hey, it's the kids birthday!

Isn't she adorable? And yes, she is missing teeth! I can't stand how big she is! STOP GROWING UP LAR! I love you babe!

Family Photos

OK, seriously, Rebecca rocks at taking pictures! I could have uploaded the entire CD, but here are my favs!

First Family Photos!

Almost 5 years ago... we were LUCKY enough to find Rebecca to take our wedding pics. We feel in love with her! She was such a great photographer and her work was amazing. She's been hired by many of my family/friends for their weddings as well and she NEVER disappoints. She is so talented. Naturally, when Danzer was born, I knew I wanted her to take our first family photos. Of course I shouldn't be surprised that I was so excited for the results.. she did amazing! To see some of our pics, you can link to her blog: Photo Art By Rebecca. Thanks Rebecca for doing such a wonderful job! We can't wait to see the rest!

Two Months!

Today is Danzer's Two Month Birthday! We can't believe it! He has gotten SO BIG already! It makes us sad! I went through and cleaned out his newborn clothes and I couldn't believe how much he's grown! We weighed him at home and we are estimating about 14 lbs and 22 inches long! HOLY COW! This kid obviously enjoys eating! Hayden looked up his growth and he is off the charts in weight and is in the 90th percentile for height! Geezo!! He smiles a lot now and LOVES to cuddle (my favorite part!). HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUBBA-KINS! WE LOVE YOU!

Today...

I was going about my normal afternoon. Washing dishes, folding laundry, making the bed. I was walking back from Danzer's room after putting away his pile of clothes that look like they have gone through 3 children instead of just 1 (he pukes a lot, therefore, I wash a lot) and I was thinking about a friend who is going through an extremely hard time right now. Her whole life has been thrown upside down. My heart aches for this friend and I can't seem to get her off my mind. As I said a little prayer for her in my heart, I came around the corner and saw this...
My eyes instantly welled with tears. I am SO thankful for him. No matter how sad or down I am sometimes, he makes my heart happy. This dear friend has beautiful children of her own, and I know that they will help her get through this difficult time. They will make her smile while she is down, they will make her laugh when she feels like crying, they will hug her when she needs a love. I am so THANKFUL to God for giving us these precious little souls to have for this short time we call life. They are what it's all about. I can't imagine my life without him. He inspires me everyday to be the very best mommy, wife, and person I can be. I leave you with a couple more pictures that make my heart melt...

Danzer's Blessing

Today was the most amazing day! Danzer was blessed!! Hayden did an AMAZING job blessing him. I was a crying mess. You know, I was thinking as I was watching Hayden walking back to me with our son that the blessing Hayden gave him was so wonderful and I hope and pray that everything Hayden blessed him with will happen, but we are the ones who are truly blessed. This little boy is the best thing in the entire world. Hayden and I are overwhelmed with gratitude to the Lord for this amazing blessing. Some of you may not know how long Hayden and I tried to have a baby. There were many nights and days on our knees in prayer, fasting, trips to the temple, and although it didn't happen right away, we knew that if we were faithful and steadfast, it would happen. And when we least expected it... we found out we were pregnant. The Lord hears each one of us and knows the desires of our hearts. I am so thankful to him and am full of extreme gratitude for Danzer. I could never ask for anything better. I sit and wonder why I am SOOO lucky. An AMAZING family, a BEAUTIFUL baby, and families that surround us and fill our lives with so much happiness and support. Here are pics from the day...

Mommy's New Ride...

So I had a talk with Daddy the other night. I was telling him how Mommy was struggling getting me in and out of the car because she is so tall. There were even a couple times she smacked her head on the car.... Mommy cussed a couple times! Woops! I told Daddy that my stroller took up the entire trunk and that I thought we needed a little more room. So what did my Daddy do? He went and bought Mommy a new car! Check out our new ride? Now me and Mommy are pimpin' in style! Woo Hoo! Daddy, you're the BEST!

P.S. For any of you Emery County locals... Hunstman's is back in business and Troy was AWESOME to work with! We went in and told him what we were looking for and he found us a car that day! Not to mention there was no slimy sales guy tactics. Just a friendly business man looking to please his customers! So refreshing!!!
